This guided walking tour of Paris will begin

of St. Etienne du Mont and have a look at the
tomb of St Genevieve, patron saint of Paris,
before continuing on to the Luxembourg Palace
and Gardens. You will next visit the St. Sulpice
church, stopping for a look at the beautiful
interior, and continue on to Saint Germain,
where you will stop for a coffee at the Café
des Deux Magots, where Hemingway wrote A
Farewell to Arms. Next you will visit
the church St. Germain des Prés before finishing
your walk at the oldest café in Paris: Café
Procope whose patrons have included Voltaire,
Bonaparte, Danton, Benjamin Franklin and Oscar
Wilde. (Visit the alley behind the café
to see where the guillotine was tested for
the first time -- on sheep).
